FEES 

The fee is $120 per 50-55 minute appointment.  I offer a free 20 minute in-person consultation where we can discuss what brings you to counseling, any questions you may have and whether or not we are a good fit to commit to ongoing appointments.

Currently, I am only contracted with Premera, First Choice, Regence, and Aetna. Please contact your insurance before you first appointment, so that you know the extent of your coverage.

With all other insurances, I practice as an out-of-network provider. Many insurance companies may reimburse you for a portion of the fee of your appointments with out-of-network providers.  I can provide you with monthly documentation of our appointments for this purpose if necessary.  Please discuss your coverage with your insurance company before attending your appointment if this is an option for you.
